Our Unique Wines

At West Whitehill, our wines stand out in taste and quality with unique blends of fruit, berry, and spice. Our dessert wines are our specialty, crafted from high quality, pure fruit products, which provide vibrant, authentic flavors.

Our whites echo Riesling or Rhine wines, while the reds showcase the fruity notes of the Chambourcin grape, thriving in our mountain climate.

SEMI SWEET WINES

RASPBERRY BRAMBLE

Lightly sweet, the Raspberry Bramble blends pure raspberries with fuller bodied red Chambourcin wine.

DRY WINES

CHAMBOURCIN

A dry aged, red wine. The Chambourcin grape grows well in this area and its late harvest makes for deep color. The distinct taste of this grape is full flavored, fruity and grape-like, similar to a blend of Cabernet and Chianti. We age our Chambourcin more than six months to for smooth, full taste.
